An old traditional house built on 17th century, totally renovated on the early of 2015 We managed to design and built 5 total completed & separated appartments with different colors, architecture design and decoration. Our 5 unique appartments called (ANTHEMIS-NEFELI-IRIDA-ARIADNI-DAFNI) and can provide you a different way of living and enjoying your holidays. We are based only 300m from the port of Karlovasi, near to the famous beaches of Mikro & Megalo Seitani, Potami beach and waterfalls.

“We spent our holiday in Villa Karlovasi house at the end of July / beginning of August. Everything was perfect. We were warmly welcomed by Vasilis family. The house has been renovated with love. From the size of the apartment and individual details such. the pretty gallery in a bedroom with additional beds we were completely thrilled. The kitchen is equipped with all the appliances you need to cook at home. Supermarket, restaurants and the beach are nearby. The place Karlovasi I would consider less than a tourist stronghold, which I see positive. There are more romantic little places that give you the holiday feeling. A few minutes away by car we found the most beautiful beach in Samos: Potami Beach. On our next stay on Samos we like to come back!
